This project consisted of removing a building common area hallway that divided Access Community Health Centers into two separate spaces. It proved to be a challenging remodel because we had to find the balance in maintaining a working environment while under construction and figure out the most efficient phasing plan that maintained security and access for both construction workers and staff. This project was a great example of good communication and collaboration between tenant and construction vendors that set a job up for success.
